Service Overview
DocuSign is UNCW's Enterprise e-signature solution. DocuSign allows users to securely send documents for an electronic signature instantly from any device. This easily accessible e-signature solution helps build approval work flows and lessens paper use, all while offering a quick and easy way to send, receive, sign, and store important documents. All electronically signed documents are securely maintained on UNCW's cloud-based system.
This service will allow users to receive assistance with creating new forms, transferring template ownership, as well as any DocuSign Account issues.

Getting Started
- Please click the "Submit a Ticket" button in the top right corner.
- Fill out the ticket with your information and issues.
- Assistance will then be provided.
