DocuSign Request an Account to Create and Send Documents

Service Overview

DocuSign is UNCW's Enterprise e-signature solution. DocuSign allows users to securely send documents for an electronic signature instantly from any device. This easily accessible e-signature solution helps build approval work flows and lessens paper use, all while offering a quick and easy way to send, receive, sign, and store important documents. All electronically signed documents are securely maintained on UNCW's cloud-based system.

University faculty and staff DocuSign accounts are organized at the unit level. Units must designate at least one DocuSign Unit Contact (DUC) to assist the ITS DocuSign system admins in setting user permissions.  DUCs are required to complete DocuSign Unit Training.  

This request will provide a user access to a department's DocuSign environment.

  • Create account in DocuSign to gain access to e-sign documents in any web browser and on your mobile device.
  • Create DocuSign account to have access to create new forms and templates.

Getting Started

  1. Please click the "Submit a Ticket" button in the top right corner.
  2. Afterwards, users will receive an email with additional instructions.
