TECH TIP: LockDown Browser is compatible with Windows 10 & 11, macOS 10.12 or higher, Chrome OS 88 or higher (Chromebooks), and iPad OS 11 or higher (when enabled). For more information, review the system requirements.

Install the LockDown Browser from UNCW's unique download link. LockDown Browser must be installed from this unique link to take UNCW exams. For more information on installing LockDown Browser, review the Respondus Support article How do I install LockDown Browser?
For assistance with installing LockDown Browser on a UNCW owned computer using Software Center or Self-Service, please submit a service request or CHAT with TAC.
