How do I Access the Communications Billing Statement?


All faculty and staff have the ability to access the billing statement page.

Steps for accessing the Communications Billing Statement

  1. Log into mySeaport.
  2. Select "Employee Essetials" from the menu bar at the top of the page.
  3. Select "View a Communications Billing Statement" under the IT Services section at the bottom of the page.
  4. Log into Telesoft.

    *Please note: Anyone listed as email 1, 2, or 3, indicating budget authority in Banner, has access to reports detailing communications charges for their Cost Centers (FOAP). A report is available for each cost center (FOAP) that has charges posted.

  5. The page displayed will show a list of reports with the most recent reports on the first page. Click on the name of the report to display the report in html format.
  6. To open the report for a particular Cost Center (FOAP): Under the report column click on the "Extension Detail Report" for the Cost Center (FOAP) you want to view. Reports are listed based upon the report Period Ending Date (last day of the month) for each Cost Center (FOAP) that has charges for that period. Each report can viewed and/or saved on your computer as an html file.
