Answer
All faculty, staff, and students have access to view tickets and requests they have submitted via the myTAC portal.
1. Start by navigating to the myTAC home page at www.uncw.edu/tac with the browser of your choice.
2. Next, look near the bottom left of the myTAC portal and you will find the "myTAC tickets" widget/button. Click this button.

3. You will be able to view all of the tickets you have submitted.

4. If you would like to see your previous tickets that have been resolved, closed, or canceled, select the drop-down menu labeled "Status" and check the box next to "Select All". Also, if you have the ticket number, you can enter this information into the ID.
5. Once you have done so, click the "Search" button to update the results:
