How do I view my submitted tickets in the Service Catalog?

Answer

All faculty, staff and students have access to their ticket record.

  1. Start by navigating to the TAC home page at www.uncw.edu/tac with the browser of your choice.
     
  2. Next, select "Services" from the blue toolbar at the top of the page:

  1. Then, select "Ticket Requests" from the grey toolbar:

  1. The resulting page will show your current open tickets:

  1. If you would like to see your previous tickets that have been closed or cancelled, select the drop-down menu labelled "Status" and check the box next to Select All.
     
  2. Once you have done so, click the "Search" button to update the results:
