How do I address SSRS Report Prompt Answers that are Blanked Out?

All faculty, staff and students have the ability to remove stored passwords for reports.uncw.edu.

*Please note: Ensure that there are not any saved passwords in your browser. Any saved passwords for reports.uncw.edu will need to be deleted so the reports will execute successfully. Please follow the instructions below to remove stored passwords.

 

Remove Stored Passwords in Google Chrome:
 

  1. Click on the Google Chrome menu button (3 vertical dots in the top right corner). 
  2. Select "Settings." 
  3. Click "Passwords." 
  4. Remove any saved passwords for "reports.uncw.edu."

 

Remove Stored Passwords in Firefox:
 

  1. Click the Firefox menu button (3 horizontal bars in the top right corner).
  2. Select "Logins and Passwords" to view, copy, edit or remove your saved logins.
  3. Select "reports.uncw.edu." 
  4. Click "Remove" to remove the saved login.
