How do I address SSRS Report Prompt Answers that are Blanked Out?

All faculty, staff and students have the ability to remove stored passwords for reports.uncw.edu.

*Please note: Make sure that you don't have any saved passwords in your browser. Any saved passwords for ssrsweb-uncw4.msappproxy.net will need to be deleted so the reports will execute successfully. Please follow the instructions below to remove stored passwords.

 

Remove Stored Passwords in Google Chrome:
 

  1. Click on the Google Chrome menu button (3 vertical dots in the top right corner). 
  2. Select "Settings"
  3. Select "Autofill and Passwords"
  4. Click "Google Password Manager"
  5. Search passwords for "ssrs" and remove any saved passwords for "ssrsweb-uncw4.msappproxy.net"

 

Remove Stored Passwords in Firefox:
 

  1. Click the Firefox menu button (3 horizontal bars in the top right corner).
  2. Select "Logins and Passwords" to view, copy, edit or remove your saved logins.
  3. Select "ssrsweb-uncw4.msappproxy.net" 
  4. Click "Remove" to remove the saved login. 

 

Remove Stored Passwords in Internet Explorer:
 

  1. Click the Tools menu at the top of the browser menu.
  2. Select "Internet Options" from the menu.
  3. Click the "Settings" button in the Auto Complete section located on the Content tab.
  4. Click "Manage Passwords."
  5. Click "Web Credentials." Locate the username on the row with ssrsweb-uncw4.msappproxy.net.
    • Locate your username@uncw.edu.
    • Click this row's drop-down arrow. 
    • Click "remove."
  6. Click "Yes" at the prompt: "Are you sure you want to permanently delete this web credential?" AFTER verifying the website address and username presented.


 

Remove Stored Passwords in Microsoft Edge:
 

  1. In the Edge browser address bar, type "edge://settings/passwords" and then press the Enter key to open the passwords' page.
  2. Click on the ellipsis (three dots) next to the password for ssrsweb-uncw4.msappproxy.net.
  3. Click the "Delete" option.
