RESOLVED: Duo Authentication Experiencing Issues – Workarounds & Alternate Authentication Options Available+

Duo has fixed the 504 errors that were affecting Duo Push. You can now use Duo Push again.

We still suggest setting up Microsoft Authenticator as an additional authentication option. Please refer to our knowledge base article, How Do I Use Microsoft Authenticator for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?, for setup instructions.

Thank you for your patience as the vendor worked to resolve this issue.
