ITS has received reports that some users are experiencing issues authenticating with Duo or Microsoft Authenticator while using Cisco Secure Client AnyConnect VPN. Impacted users may receive the error message:
"Failed to create session manager entry. Choose sign-in another way."
ITS is currently investigating this issue and working to determine the cause. We will continue to assess the impact and communicate updates as additional information becomes available.
