Notice: Some UNCW-Owned Devices Experiencing Network Connection Issues+
Dear Faculty and Staff,

Following this morning’s network certificate renewal, some users may not have received the prompt to accept the updated certificate. As a result, affected university-owned devices are unable to connect to the network.

We are actively working to resolve the issue and will share an update as soon as we have more information.

If you are unable to connect to the network on a university-owned device, please let us know by submitting our Wired and Wireless Device Connection Issues service request.
