How do I cancel my personal Adobe Creative Cloud subscription?


All faculty, staff and students who personally own Creative Cloud access have the ability to cancel it.

*Please note: UNCW provides Creative Cloud to all students, and 25% of faculty and staff.  For details click here.

Already subscribed customers who wish to cancel their personal CC subscriptions to take advantage of the new Adobe Creative Cloud agreement through UNCW may want to cancel their current subscriptions. Adobe will not provide any refunds, so a prompt cancellation is important. You will need to contact Adobe directly to cancel an annual membership. 

Step-by-Step Cancellation Instructions:

  1. To cancel your annual membership at any time, click here to contact Adobe and sign in with your personal Adobe ID and password. 
  2. The "need help?" page will appear. Scroll down and choose your preferred contact option. 
  3. An Adobe customer care agent will assist you with cancelling your plan. (Explain to the agent you are with UNCW and have been enrolled in the Creative Cloud for Enterprise agreement. With this agreement UNCW is paying for your Creative Cloud account.)
