Service Overview
Allows for clients to submit requests for the following services.
- Students can request refunds for print jobs that fail.
- Remove, add or change access to printers and departmental copiers.
- Add faxing services to department copiers.
- Faculty & Staff can request for iPrint or departmental copiers to be physically moved.
*Please note: This service request should not be used to report an issue. If you are experiencing technical issues. Please use the Printer/Copier Issues & Errors Service to submit the appropriate request.
Also, note that iPrint and department copiers will be moved upon request. Office printers may be moved by individuals or moving services can be contacted.
