Service Overview

Please use this service to report printing issues and errors including issues with local USB printers, departmental printers, iPrint, and My Print Center.

If you need to submit a request to add a new printer, move/reconnect a printer, request a refund, or obtain copier access, please submit a Printer/Copier Service Request

*Please note: Wireless printers will not work on UNCW's network - only direct printing or network printing.
