SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

Appropriately credentialed individuals are eligible to request access to data contained in UNCW’s centralized reporting tool SSRS. Please request access by following the steps provided below.  

*Please note: Some request forms are available below. If you do not see the request form below, click the "Access Reporting Request Forms" button in the top right to obtain the correct form to download, complete, and sign. Upon completion, the form should be emailed to the appropriate Data Custodian as listed in the below table.
