How do I use or navigate my TurningPoint clicker?
Answer
All faculty, staff and students have the ability to use a TurningPoint clicker.
*Please note: Below is a Turning Point clicker that indicates where the primary navigation buttons are located. Below the photo there are numbered descriptions of each button and the number correlates to the number displayed in the image.
- The channel button allows you to find or connect to a channel with your clicker. If you are a student, you will need to confirm the channel that you need to use with your professor.
- Your navigation arrows help to navigate to various sections on your clicker.
- The confirmation button, which is surrounded by the navigation arrows, confirms your selections within various sections of your clicker. When you have highlighted an option, simply click this confirmation button and it will confirm your selection.
- The wrench button takes you to your presentation tools. Here you can send a message to your professor, view your clicker ID, or adjust your clicker settings.
- The clicker keyboard allows you to enter your responses.
*Please note: This is the official TurningPoint clicker that is supported by UNCW. However, older model clickers are still compatible.
