Request or Extend a UNCW Account for Guests, Vendors or Temporary Employees


Why request this service?

UNCW domain accounts (username and password) are the primary means to accessing most services, such as email, mySeaport or Canvas. This service should be requested if a new temporary employee, temporary faculty, or guest account is required or if a client already has domain credentials but the account needs to be extended. 

Note: An active employee record and job assignment with a start and end date must exist in Banner (via HR Online) prior to submission of this request.
