Transferring vs Sharing a Qualtrics Survey

  1. Sharing: In Qualtrics, it is referred to as Collaboration.  When you collaborate on a survey, all collaborators have access to the survey data and can maintain or alter the survey structure.

  2. Transferring: When a survey is transferred, the original owner/creator no longer has access to the survey or its collected data.
