How do I use Duo Push with the Duo Mobile App when logging into my UNCW Account?


All faculty, staff and students have the ability to use Duo Push with the Duo Mobile app when logging into their UNCW account.

  1. When accessing some UNCW applications, such as Office 365, you may prompted to authenticate with Duo.

  2. To use the Duo Mobile app with your registered device, select "Send Me a Push."

  3. A log in request will be sent / pushed to your registered device, as seen by the blue bar at the bottom of the screen.

  4. On your device, open the Duo Mobile app, and, if you are positive that the "Login Request" was submitted by you, select "Approve."  If you did not submit the Login Request, please select "Deny."

  5. After approving the request you should be successfully logged in to the UNCW Application.
