All Faculty/Staff assigned devices are being transitioned to Jamf Connect for smoother access to services, improved local password synchronization, improved security, and alignment with campus-wide IT standards.

You may sign up for an early upgrade, or request assistance if you are experiencing an issue after your Jamf Connect install. 

What are the features of this service?

• Jamf Connect replaces the log-in window of an Apple computer with a new UNCW branded look!
• Jamf Connect allows users to automatically authenticate to Self Service+ for on demand software installation.
