How do I set up and access Adobe Creative Cloud applications?


All students and approved faculty/staff members have access to Adobe Creative Cloud applications.

Before Installation:

Creative Cloud 2019 apps are available for Windows 7, Windows 10 or later and macOS Sierra 10.12 or later.  2019 versions of Digital Video products require the newest versions of Windows 10 and macOS Sierra or later.  Windows 8.1 or early Windows 10 versions are not supported.  For details about minimum requirement for each Creative Cloud app, see complete system requirements for your Creative Cloud apps. Be sure to look under the section entitled Desktop applications. 

It is very important you check this BEFORE installing the software. You should also make sure you have enough disk/hard drive space (via the systems requirements link).

How to Login:

  1. Go to and click "SIGN IN" in the upper right corner (if you see your name, you are already signed in).

  2. To login, enter your full UNCW email address (including the and press "Enter" or "Tab." 
  3. Select "Enterprise ID," which will redirect to a Microsoft Sign in page. 
  4. Enter your UNCW email address(including the and you will then be taken to  UNCW  login page where you will enter your email/domain password, and click "Sign in."

How to Download and Manage Software:

  1. Once you are logged in, look for Creative Cloud and click Download Apps below that:

  2. You will see a list of Adobe apps available to you.  Select Install next to each title you wish to install/download.

*Please note: Installation of Adobe Creative Cloud can be done on any computer you use (please don’t share your username and password with anyone or share the software with them, as this is a UNCW policy violation) but you can only be logged into two machines at a time.

The UNCW Creative Cloud account does not include access to Stock Images.
